These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Julia Levy Consulting and Advisory LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as Hi2Hired (“Hi2Hired,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms govern your use of Your Network Read, the report product available at app.yournetworkread.com (the “Service”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using Your Network Read, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.
Your Network Read is a one-time, AI-generated report that analyzes your own LinkedIn data export to give you insights about your professional network, including which connections may be most relevant to your current job search.
Every purchase includes three deliverables:
What Your Network Read is not: a subscription, career coaching or professional advisory services, a job placement service or outcome guarantee, a resume review service, a substitute for legal or financial advice, or a LinkedIn Premium alternative.
When you purchase Your Network Read, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to generate one report using your license key.
You may: Read, save, print, and reference your report and Contact Plan workbook for your personal job search and career development.
You may not:
Any breach of this section may result in immediate termination of your license without refund and may subject you to legal action for damages.
When you upload a LinkedIn data export to the Service, you represent and warrant the following:
4.1 Ownership and Authorization. The LinkedIn data export you upload is from your own LinkedIn account. You are not uploading another person’s LinkedIn export. You acknowledge that LinkedIn’s Terms of Service govern your data export and that you are solely responsible for your compliance with those terms.
4.2 Third-Party Data Subjects. Your LinkedIn data export contains information about other people — your connections — who did not directly consent to having their information processed by this Service. By uploading your data, you represent that you are authorized to do so under your relationship with LinkedIn and applicable law. You acknowledge that your connections’ names, titles, and employer information will be processed as part of generating your report.
4.3 Accurate Intake Information. The intake information you provide is your honest representation of your job search. We rely on this information to calibrate your report and have no way to verify its accuracy.
4.4 No Malicious Content. You will not upload files containing malicious code, scripts, malware, or content designed to interfere with or damage our systems or any third-party systems.
4.5 Legal Capacity. You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4.6 No Restricted Use. You are not using the Service on behalf of a sanctioned individual or entity, and you are not located in a country subject to US trade sanctions.
If any of your representations turn out to be false, we may terminate your license without refund and reserve all rights to pursue legal remedies.
Your Network Read is generated using artificial intelligence. We use Anthropic’s Claude AI via its commercial API to analyze your data and generate your report.
You acknowledge and agree that:
6.1 Price. Your Network Read costs $95.00 USD. This is a one-time charge, not a subscription.
6.2 Additional Purchases. If you wish to generate a new report at a later date, you may purchase a new license at the then-current price displayed at checkout.
6.3 Payment Processing. All purchases are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service in addition to these Terms. We do not store your payment card information.
6.4 All Sales Are Final. Because Your Network Read is a digital product delivered immediately upon generation, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds, except where required by applicable law.
6.5 Failed Transactions. If your purchase fails due to a technical issue on our side and you are charged but do not receive your deliverables, contact us at julia@hi2hired.com and we will either deliver your license key or process a full refund.
6.6 Technical Failure During Generation. If you experience a technical failure during report generation that prevents delivery of your completed report, contact julia@hi2hired.com within 14 days of purchase. We will either resolve the technical issue and deliver your report or issue a full refund.
7.1 Our IP. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including the Hi2Hired brand, the Your Network Read product, the analytical frameworks (including “Network-Rich, Insight-Poor,” “Hidden Job Network,” “Pipeline Health Score,” and other named methodology), the report templates, the Contact Plan workbook structure, the prompts and algorithms, and the website — are owned by Julia Levy Consulting and Advisory LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license described in Section 3.
7.2 Your Data. You retain all rights to your LinkedIn data and intake information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating your report and operating the Service.
7.3 Your Report. The compilation, structure, analysis, and presentation of your report is our intellectual property. You receive a personal license to use the report for your own job search and career development. You may not redistribute the report or its contents commercially.
We provide the Service on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. If we permanently discontinue the Service while you have an unused, unexpired license, we will provide you with a method to generate your report within a reasonable wind-down period or issue a refund.
LinkedIn platform changes. If LinkedIn modifies its data export terms, platform policies, or technical architecture in a way that affects the operation or legality of the Service, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service without notice and without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected license holders.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes do not retroactively affect transactions completed before the change date.
Your Network Read is offered exclusively to residents of the United States. We do not currently offer the Service in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other regions with specific data protection regulations such as GDPR or UK GDPR.
By purchasing or using the Service, you confirm that you are a US resident, or if accessing from outside the United States, you acknowledge that US data protection laws apply.
10.1 No Warranties. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
10.2 No Employment or Career Outcome Guarantee. Your Network Read does not guarantee employment, a job offer, an interview, a response from any contact, a salary increase, a promotion, or any other career outcome. The report is an analytical tool. Results depend entirely on your actions, your market, and factors outside our control. We do not warrant that the Service will produce any specific result.
10.3 No Professional Advice. The Service provides general informational content. It is not legal advice, financial advice, career counseling, recruiting services, or any other form of professional advice. Use of the Service does not create a professional, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and Hi2Hired or Julia Levy.
10.4 LinkedIn Data Accuracy. The accuracy and completeness of your report depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the LinkedIn data export you upload. LinkedIn data exports may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We do not warrant the accuracy of data provided by LinkedIn and are not responsible for report quality issues caused by missing, stale, or incorrect data in your export.
10.5 Platform Limitations. Your Network Read analyzes data from your LinkedIn export only. It cannot see relationships that exist outside LinkedIn, including prior employment history with connections, offline relationships, personal history, conflicts, or communications that occurred via text, email, phone, WhatsApp, or any other channel. When the report characterizes a relationship as active, dormant, or untouched, those characterizations reflect LinkedIn activity only. You know your relationships better than any data analysis can. Use your judgment.
10.6 Accessibility. We do not currently warrant that the Service meets any specific accessibility standard. If you require an accommodation to access your report or use the Service, contact julia@hi2hired.com and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
11.1 Liability Cap. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license ($95.00).
11.2 Excluded Damages. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST WAGES, LOST JOB OPPORTUNITIES, DAMAGE TO REPUTATION, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
11.3 Some States Don’t Allow This. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Julia Levy Consulting and Advisory LLC, Hi2Hired, and our owners, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.
13.1 Informal Resolution First. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at julia@hi2hired.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days of receiving your written notice.
13.2 Voluntary Mediation. Before initiating arbitration, either party may request non-binding mediation through a mutually agreed mediator. Participation in mediation is voluntary and does not affect either party’s right to proceed to arbitration.
13.3 Binding Arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except as provided in Section 13.5.
13.4 Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be held in Knox County, Tennessee, or via remote proceeding if you prefer. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding.
13.5 Small Claims Carve-Out. You may bring an individual claim in small claims court in your state of residence, provided the claim qualifies for small claims jurisdiction.
13.7 Opt-Out Right. You may opt out of the arbitration requirement by sending written notice to julia@hi2hired.com within 30 days of your purchase. Your notice must include your name, license key, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
13.8 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. For disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Knox County, Tennessee.
14.1 By You. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
14.2 By Us. We may suspend or terminate your license, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. We may also terminate your license if we discontinue the Service.
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections 4, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
15.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed. The remaining provisions continue in full force.
15.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hi2Hired regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
15.3 No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
15.4 No Assignment by You. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
15.5 Windup and Succession. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or dissolution of Julia Levy Consulting and Advisory LLC, your license rights and our obligations under these Terms will transfer to the successor entity or, if no successor exists, we will honor all unused licenses within a 90-day wind-down period.
15.6 Export Controls and Sanctions. You represent that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable export control laws or economic sanctions programs administered by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or any other applicable government authority. You will not use the Service to analyze data from or on behalf of any sanctioned individual, entity, or jurisdiction.
15.7 Feedback and Testimonials. If you voluntarily provide feedback, testimonials, or reviews about the Service — by email, social media, or any other channel — you grant Hi2Hired a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and share that content in marketing materials, with or without attribution, unless you explicitly request otherwise at the time you provide it.
15.8 Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, pandemics, or third-party service provider outages.
15.9 Notices. Legal notices to us must be sent to julia@hi2hired.com or by mail to 116 Agnes Rd, Ste 200, Knoxville, TN 37919. We may provide notices to you by posting on our website or by email to the address associated with your purchase.
