When you purchase and use Your Network Read, you provide:
When you upload your LinkedIn data export ZIP file, your browser parses the ZIP locally and transmits the extracted text content to our processing server. The ZIP file itself is never uploaded to our servers.
We process the following categories of information from your export:
You may not be aware that LinkedIn maintains inference data about you. To view, modify, or limit these inferences, visit your LinkedIn account’s ad preferences settings.
When you use our application, our servers receive standard technical information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages accessed. We use this only for service operation and fraud prevention. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, session recording tools, or marketing pixels on the Your Network Read application.
We use Anthropic’s Claude AI via its commercial API to generate your report. Your extracted LinkedIn data and intake responses are transmitted to Anthropic during report generation.
Under Anthropic’s commercial API terms: API inputs and outputs are automatically deleted by Anthropic within 7 days, and Anthropic does not use API data to train AI models.

We use Stripe to process purchases. Stripe handles your payment card information directly. We do not see or store your full payment card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually limited to using it only to provide their services to us.
Our marketing site at hi2hired.com is hosted by Wix. If you submit a form on that site (such as the Pipeline Health Quiz), your information may be stored in Wix’s contact system. Wix’s privacy practices govern that data.
We may disclose your information when required to comply with a legal obligation, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Hi2Hired, our users, or others.
We take reasonable security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, API authentication for all third-party connections, no persistent storage of raw LinkedIn export data, and hosting on reputable cloud infrastructure providers.
No security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties will never gain access to your information. If we discover a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent for data processing (note: this ends your ability to use the Service) or lodge a complaint with a relevant regulator.
To exercise any right, email julia@hi2hired.com with your name, the email address associated with your purchase, and a description of your request. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect and why, the right to delete your personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing of your personal information.
The LinkedIn inferences we process may include sensitive personal information under California law. We use this information only to generate your report. You may request that we exclude this category by contacting julia@hi2hired.com, though this will result in an incomplete report. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
To submit a CCPA request: email julia@hi2hired.com. We will respond within 45 days (extendable to 90 days for complex requests, with notice).
If you reside in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or another state with a consumer privacy law, you have rights similar to those described above. Contact julia@hi2hired.com to exercise them.
Your Network Read is informational. It is not used to make automated decisions about your employment eligibility, credit, housing, or any other significant matter.
Your Network Read is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact julia@hi2hired.com and we will delete it.
Your Network Read is offered exclusively to residents of the United States. We do not currently offer the Service in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other regions with specific data protection regulations such as GDPR or UK GDPR.
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, and US data protection laws will apply.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy at app.yournetworkread.com/privacy-policy with a new “Last updated” date. Notice of material changes will be provided by website posting only — we do not currently send email notifications to buyers. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the changes. We recommend checking this page periodically if you have an active license.
